My Best Health Starts Here

Who is this for?
  • This package is ideal for the beginner as an introduction to holistic and wellness living.
  • Perhaps you would just like to start living healthier; or your doctor has told you to eat better, exercise, and reduce stress? What does that even mean? Where do you start? How do you do that?
  • Perhaps you are just feeling in the slumps. You want to take that full day hike in the mountains with your family but just feel too tired; or perhaps you need more energy to just get through the day.
  • Are you lacking the motivation to make healthy changes that you know will make you feel better, more energized, younger? But it seems too overwhelming?

6-Week Mini-Coaching Program - $475

What does it include?
  • Initial 90-minute face-to-face consultation. We meet in person or by Zoom to conduct an educational and supportive deep dive into what your body is trying to tell you that it needs and wants.
  • We conduct nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management screening, assessments and evaluations to help in identifying imbalances, and then provide guidance with science-backed strategies to help you achieve your goals.
  • We help with setting and prioritizing your health goals.
  • We’ll provide guidance in implementing whole-food nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management practices to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
  • You’ll receive 2 follow-up (bi-weekly), 45-minute check-ins and tune-ups so you can ask questions, address challenges with your program, and make adjustments with additional recommendations.
  • You’ll have access to email support (with turn-around time agreements) for the duration of package.

Reclaiming My Health

Who is this for?
  • This package is ideal if you are looking to see real and sustainable progress on your health and wellness journey.
  • You know the basics of good health: whole food nutrition, proper sleep, and exercise but you want more. Now it’s time to move into “deep health.”
  • You want to get to the root cause of the issues of your health that you are struggling with using evidence-based principles and practices.
  • You are motivated to make some changes to long-held unhealthy habits and ready to implement practices that will move you much closer towards your health and wellness goals.
  • You want to pursue a specific health goal like getting 8 hours of sleep per night; balancing your cholesterol levels; flattening your glucose curves; targeting leaky gut; overcoming a sugar addiction; controlling and reversing inflammation.
Reclaiming my health

12-Week Program - $1150

What does it include?
  • Initial 90-minute face-to-face consultation. We meet in person or by Zoom to conduct an educational and supportive deep dive into what your body is trying to tell you that it needs and wants.
  • We use state-of-the-art lab DNA testing to provide you with highly specific feedback on the optimal nutritional choices for your health, sleep, stress management, and longevity.
  • We conduct nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management screening, assessments and evaluations to help in identifying imbalances, and then provide guidance with science-backed strategies to help you achieve your goals.
  • We help with setting and prioritizing your health goals.
  • We’ll provide guidance in implementing whole-food nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management practices to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
  • We conduct holistic targeting of specific health issues with a customized (and flexible) 7-day meal plan, a sleep recovery program, and stress management and lifestyle recommendations ($270 value).
  • You can choose to get support with emotional/energy recovery planning (optional).
  • You’ll receive up to 4 follow-up, 45-minute check-ins and tune-ups so you can ask questions, address challenges with your program, and make adjustments with additional recommendations.
  • You’ll have access to email support (with turn-around time agreements) for the duration of package.

  • You desire to incorporate a lifestyle of both ancient and modern approaches.
  • You need to live with pleasure instead of pain.
  • You are ready to enjoy amazing deep health.

6-Month Program - $1800

What does it include?
  • Initial 90-minute face-to-face consultation. We meet in person or by Zoom to conduct an educational and supportive deep dive into what your body is trying to tell you that it needs and wants.
  • We use state-of-the-art lab DNA testing to provide you with highly specific feedback on the optimal nutritional choices for your health, sleep, stress management, and longevity.
  • We conduct nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management screening, assessments and evaluations to help in identifying imbalances, and then provide guidance with science-backed strategies to help you achieve your goals.
  • We help with setting and prioritizing your health goals.
  • We’ll provide guidance in implementing whole-food nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management practices to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
  • Continued holistic targeting of specific health issues with additional customized and flexible meal plans, sleep recovery program, and stress management and lifestyle recommendations.
  • You can choose to get support with emotional/energy recovery planning (optional).
  • You’ll receive up to 10 follow-up, 45-minute check-ins and tune-ups so you can ask questions, address challenges with your program, and make adjustments with additional recommendations.

Sleep Recovery

4-Session Program - $400

  • We conduct nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management screenings along with a thorough evaluation and assessment to help in identifying areas of imbalance and contributing factors of your sleep difficulties.
  • A customized sleep strategy plan that is tailored to your objectives, along with support and advice on incorporating the practices and actions for successful sleep recovery.
  • You’ll receive 3 follow-up 45-minute check-ins and tune-ups so you can ask questions, we can address challenges with your program, and make adjustments with additional recommendations.
  • You’ll have access to email support (with turn-around time) for the duration of package.

Where to Begin

To determine if there is a fit between your needs and what we offer, we start the journey with a complementary 25-minute call.  We’ll talk briefly about your past eating habits, your present routines, and your future objectives. If counseling is a good fit, we’ll go over how we can support you in achieving your objectives and address any concerns you may have.
