Your Journey Begins With a 25-Minute No-Obligation Consultation

To determine if there is a fit between your needs and what we offer, we start the journey with a complementary 25-minute call.  We’ll talk briefly about your past eating habits, your present routines, and your future objectives. If counseling is a good fit, we’ll go over how we can support you in achieving your objectives and address any concerns you may have.

Please note:  Before your consultation, you’ll be provided with some forms to fill out so that we can maximize the time we spend together on your introductory call.

Step 2

Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, and Lifestyle Forms

We perform screenings and assessments in the areas of nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management to help pinpoint and verify any imbalances in your body systems along with an initial face-to-face meeting. We also conduct DNA testing with highly specific feedback.

DNA Testing: DNA testing allows for personalized strategies and is far more effective than general dietary advice. Variations in our genes make us unique from one another. Genetic variation not only determines the colour of our eyes or how tall we will be; but also, how we metabolize foods and nutrients we consume.

Different people respond differently to the same types of food. As an example, lactose intolerant individuals experience negative effects from consuming dairy products, while others do not. Some increase their chance of heart disease by drinking coffee while others find that it protects their hearts.

YOUR best diet depends on the specific variants you have for nutrient-related genes. For this reason, we use state-of-the-art lab DNA testing to provide you with highly specific feedback on the optimal nutritional choices for your health, sleep, stress management, and longevity.

Each of our programs is designed to provide you with achievable solutions that work for you. 

90-Minute Initial Session

We meet in person or by Zoom to conduct an educational and supportive deep dive into what your body is trying to tell you that it needs and wants.

45-Minute Follow-ups

You’ll receive 45-minute check-ins and tune-ups so you can ask questions, address challenges with your program, and make adjustments with additional recommendations.

Tools & Guidance

We conduct DNA testing, nutritional, sleep, lifestyle, and stress management screening, assessments, and evaluations to help in identifying imbalances, and then provide guidance with a plan to help you achieve your goals.

Email Support

You’ll have access to email support (with turn-around time agreements) for the duration of package.
